Hooray for Labor Day! :)
Breakfast: 1 cup of Cheerios with 1/2 cup skim milk, 3 sliced strawberries, and 1 cup of coffee with 2 splendas and 1/4 cup skim milk-typical.
Lunch: 1 Flour Tortilla, 6 Pieces of Turkey Breast, 1/2 diced tomato, and mustard-BEST WRAP EVER :) Accompanied with 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt, 3 strawberries, some sliced almonds, and cinnamon-yay :)
Dinner: My roommate and I had a date night and went to TGI Fridays, where I looked it up beforehand, saw the flatbread, and deemed it necessary to get-and HAPPILY ate all of it, for only 390 calories-WINNING :)
Snacks: 3 Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers, the other half of that vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting, and a Do-Si-Do :)
Exercise: It was rainy and gross out today, so I didn't leave my room.
Pros: Yay for good eating and drinking LOTS of water-10 cups! :)
Cons: Our sink drain stopped working and water started rising in the sink, so we had to call the best guy friend, and then maintenance, at 9:40 at night...joy.
